2013 Scholarships
Michigan School of Traditional Midwifery
awards four scholarships each year to
qualified applicants. Scholarships are offered for the Traditional
Midwifery Program only.
Scholarship applications are reviewed in consideration of the following:
Community Service Involvement
Birth Experience
Academic Background
Financial Need
Circumstantial Need
2013 Missions Grant and Matching Funds Award
Traditional Midwifery Program only
2013 Grant and Award applications must be postmarked no later than November 1st.
Recipients will be notified by mail after December 20th for the upcomming year.
Scholarships awards are based on tuition rates for 2014. Students must follow the guidelines
and directions for Grant and Award Application submission as outlined in the MSTM Catalog.
Missions Grant: A $1,000 award allocated to
one student each year who is involved in, or planning on working in, overseas missions.
Matching Funds Award: Michigan School of Traditional Midwifery will match up to $500 any donation
from a home civic organization or church for a total of $1,000.
Books, supplies, registration, application and workshop
fees are not included;
scholarships, grants and awards are for MSTM enrollment only. They
are
non-transferable and may not be used with other discounts.
